Our Spanish Customer Service team members are passionate about bringing our products to life for our customers and resolving any issues they may have. Melaleuca relentlessly strives to delight our customers and provide them with an optimal shopping experience. Our Customer Service Associates play a critical role in creating this world-class experience by answering inbound customer service calls from our Spanish speaking customers as well as our English speaking customers.



  • Near native level fluency in the Spanish language and the English language.
  • Type 20+ WPM.
  • Ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy.
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to engage in an environment of active idea sharing.
  • Sharp organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to produce consistent quality under deadline pressure while paying careful attention to detail.
  • Self-motivation and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
