To help keep up with this growth we are looking for an outstanding Release Engineer to be part of our Information Technology Group.


    A "Dev Ops Release Engineer" is responsible for the configuration and maintenance of build, test, and deployment automated processes that facilitate high quality code deployments.


    • Utilizes best practices to develop, create, modify and update server configurations
    • Perform tasks for projects and support assignments using established procedures
    • Deploy software to test and production environments
    • Identifies and owns bugs, and works with development and PM team to resolve issues
    • Configure, run, and report on results from performance and load tests
    • Perform branch management for legacy application suite
    • Level II incident management
    • Configure and manage builds of applications built by the software development teams
    • Stays up to date with current DevOps/Release Management best practices and tools, and brings outside knowledge in to share with the team


    • Experience with the SDLC and Release Management methodologies
    • Experience with C#, C++, Java a plus
    • Experience with configuration management software such as Puppet, Chef etc.
    • Hands on experience configuring and troubleshooting IIS environments
    • Experience with SQL a plus
    • Windows/Linux administration skills
    • Strong communication, collaboration and writing skills
    • Knowledge of network principles, computer hardware, Windows operating systems and Active Directory
    • Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures
    • Ability to analyze problems and create solutions
    • Ability to prioritize and organize work-load
    • Knowledge of Object Oriented Principles and languages
    • Knowledge of rapid development methodologies
    • Ability to take a business problem and develop appropriate source code to create a solution
    • Understanding of source control systems such as TFS
    • Exposure to ITIL and Service management mythologies
