To keep up with this growth we are looking for an outstanding Regional Manager of Coaching and Leader Development to join our team in Idaho Falls.


    As the Regional Sales Manager for Melaleuca, you will participate in the oversight and direct supervision of the sales function for a region of the USA. You will have the opportunity to provide leadership, strategic direction, and manage the attainment of sales, customer satisfaction, customer retention, and profit objectives across your assigned region.

    Other essential job duties are:

    • Manage and motivate an indirect sales force comprised of hundreds of Independent Marketing Executives.
    • Manages and drives the sales activities across assigned region to meet or exceed sales goals and expectations
    • Ensures that relationships with Marketing Executives, Preferred Customers, and the general public is in harmony with Melaleuca's mission, values and culture
    • Implement programs that will encourage longer relationships with Melaleuca customers and reduce overall attrition 


    To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
    • Two (2)  in professional sales.
    • Excellent public speaker and presenter and be comfortable spending 4+hours a day on the phone.
    • Ensures that all key strategies are executed as designed. Articulates and aligns strategic plans to ensure they are implemented effectively across the assigned region.
    • Builds strong, high-level relationships with high-value Independent Marketing Executives to ensure the efficient execution of regional growth objectives.
    • Coach, lead, and develop field team of Independent Marketing Executives.  Leads the development and implementation of successful solution-based sales strategies.
    • Acts as an ambassador for Melaleuca and an advisor to the customer.
    • Influence, motivate, communicate and generate results through others. Update top executives on region related issues and events.
    • Creates and promotes a collaborative internal environment.
    • Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the quality system and achieving quality objectives through daily actions.
    • Must be eligible to immediately work in USA.
