Under supervision of the Department Manager and International VP of Operations, perform the following job duties: Interact with foreign staff, international department staff, and IT department to ensure timely and accurate organizational evaluation of foreign subsidiaries with respect to sales and compensation data; Analyze and document findings of study and prepare initiatives for organizational changes that allow the growth of Net Preferred Customers in International Markets; Confer with personnel (International Sales, IT, Policy Administration, Sales Management) and assist in the analysis of process improvements and value added initiatives (sales support technology, sales operations process, metrics, and reviews, global alignment, customer experience enhancements, SOP documentation and control); Assist in new market expansion as directed through appropriate organizational change, communications, information flow, production methods, inventory control/cost analysis review; Provide training according to organizational policy, and recommend changes to operations, compensation systems, sales policy and compliance, and staff development in foreign markets;

Prepare international operations’ manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently; Support senior staff in the International Department; Support assigned foreign entities by providing sales analysis to senior staff for review; Support International Vice President of Operations in areas of analysis and improvement; Prepare key monthly operating and financial reports; Identify, analyze and report on key business indicators that are impacting the growth and profitability of international operations; Create and maintain documentation on business rules and standard operating procedures; Identify areas where productivity can be increased or expenses decreased; Organize and prioritize international projects and tasks for completion by IT related to compensation and sales; Develop and implement sales strategy changes or programs for new markets including compensation plan development, literature; Communicate with other departments and specialists like Finance, Accounting, Legal, Operations, Sales, Marketing; Perform and complete special tasks as assigned; Ensure international company goals are met.




Applicants need to have a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equiv.) in Business Administration (Accounting, Finance, Business Marketing) or related and 24 months of experience in business development with Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, nested ifs, conditional formatting, chart creation); SQL query creation (joins, table creation, declaring variables, sub-queries); Database & Reporting Tools: SQL Management Studio, Oracle, SPCC, Access; SAGE, and SharePoint.
