    The QA Consumer Analyst plays a critical role in our continual pursuit of excellence.  This Analyst ensures product complaints are effectively documented, investigated, and corrective actions initiated, when warranted. Also assists with product evaluation as needed.


    • Implement, document, and maintain systems to perform initial analysis of consumer complaint.
    • Evaluate, investigate, track and complete complaints through complaint handling processes.
    • Identify root causes and recommend changes to forward production processes or product design to eliminate similar failure modes in the future
    • Develop troubleshooting methodologies for more complex failure modes
    • Demonstrate linkage of root cause to symptoms observed by customers
    • Develop metrics which demonstrate the effectiveness of the complaints investigation process.
    • Collaborate with Manufacturing, R &D, Customer Support, Marketing and other appropriate groups for adequate initial evaluation of complaints and to determine appropriate corrective action.
    • Provide documentation of corrective actions as required to support timely completion of complaint investigation, reporting documentation as required by quality system regulations
    • Track/Trend complaints and collaborate with the appropriate groups to ensure that the data gets pushed to the appropriate departments for actions.



    • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology
    • A working knowledge of Federal Regulations regarding the manufacturing and distribution of drug, food, and nutritional supplement products.
    • Demonstrated experience in data mining taking complex large data sets and providing meaningful actionable recommendations.
    • Excellent computer skills with word processing, spreadsheet, and databases.
    • Excellent verbal and presentation skills.
    • Proficient mathematical or statistical skills especially related to trending of data.
    • Ability to organize and coordinate projects and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced setting with efficiency and accuracy.
    • Ability to work and communicate interdepartmentally.
    • Self-starter, task oriented.
