    Overview

    Our English speaking Enrollments and Order Entry team members answer calls in a professional and courteous manner with a goal of having the customer feeling "delighted". Increases average order size using effective-cross selling techniques. Urgently answers calls during times that customers are in queue such that no customer waits more than 10 seconds. Analyzes customer situations and determines which department the customer needs to speak with in order to serve them the best. Receives telephone orders by accurately and courteously interfacing with customers and entering enrollments and orders correctly by operating a computer terminal, telephone system, etc. Performs suggestive sales by recommending additional products or tools (i.e., books, tapes, fliers, etc.)

    Qualifications

    • Answers calls in a professional and courteous manner with a goal of having the customer feeling "delighted".
    • Ability to attend two weeks of training from 8am-4:30pm Monday - Friday.
    • Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week the following 6-8 weeks following a two week training.
    • Increases average order size using effective-cross selling techniques.
    • Urgently answers calls during times that customers are in queue such that no customer waits more than 10 seconds.
    • Analyzes customer situations and determines which department the customer needs to speak with in order to serve them the best.
    • Receives telephone orders by accurately and courteously interfacing with customers and entering orders correctly by operating a computer terminal, etc.
    • Performs suggestive sales by recommending additional products or tools (i.e., books, tapes, fliers, etc.).
    • Completes various order forms completely and accurately.
    • Ability to work professionally, independently and as a team.
    • Keyboarding and computer skills.
    • Ability to analyze problems.
    • Ability to work under stress.
    • Ability to perform essential duties and responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy.
