Leadership Development (AKA Management Trainee)
Melaleuca – Customer Service Rotation Program (CSRP) is a rotational program designed to develop the future leaders of our business. The CSRP is designed to teach its members the critical aspects of Melaleuca’s business so they can effectively influence the future direction of the company. As a member of the CSRP you will receive "hands on" training on how we create and manage this world-class customer service operation. You will be trained to manage and run teams and programs that provide support for hundreds of thousands of customers and drive hundreds millions of dollars in revenue.
Melaleuca is seeking qualified graduates who generate energy and enthusiasm and have the desire to win. The successful candidate must have a firm grasp of business and customer service discipline, while at the same time, must be able to manage and drive continuous improvement in our call-center operations. The Customer Service Rotation Program is designed to enable such individuals to accelerate their career growth within Melaleuca.
