    Leadership Development (AKA Management Trainee)
    Melaleuca – Customer Service Rotation Program (CSRP) is a rotational program designed to develop the future leaders of our business. The CSRP is designed to teach its members the critical aspects of Melaleuca’s business so they can effectively influence the future direction of the company. As a member of the CSRP you will receive "hands on" training on how we create and manage this world-class customer service operation.  You will be trained to manage and run teams and programs that provide support for hundreds of thousands of customers and drive hundreds millions of dollars in revenue. 

    Melaleuca is seeking qualified graduates who generate energy and enthusiasm and have the desire to win. The successful candidate must have a firm grasp of business and customer service discipline, while at the same time, must be able to manage and drive continuous improvement in our call-center operations. The Customer Service Rotation Program is designed to enable such individuals to accelerate their career growth within Melaleuca.

     

    Qualifications

    This job might be for you if:

    • To land this opportunity, you need to have some experience helping people solve problems.  It doesn't need to be traditional customer service experience.  Internships, volunteer work, and side projects count.  Just make sure we can see where you picked up your experience and that your resume shows us why you are great!  
    • You are accomplished.  You have a track record of exceeding goals.  These can be academic or professional goals.  You know how to set them and achieve them.
    • You are a leader.  You may not have had a formal title but others look to your lead and they follow.  You may have been nominated to be a team captain or appointed as a leader over of volunteers. 
    • You have demonstrated outstanding Academic Achievement in college.  The vast majority of individuals in this program had GPA's that were greater than 3.5
    • You like helping people. You get a kick out of getting people!  You are patient, level-head, and cool under pressure.  Teaching someone something new makes you happy.
    • You enjoy solving problems. You love taking on difficult challenges and finding creative solutions.  You don't get flustered easily.  If you don't know the answer, you will dig until you find it.
    • You pay attention to the details.  As far as you're concerned, anything worth doing is worth doing right. You stay focused and nothing falls through the cracks.
    • You think on your feet. You like learning new things, and you can learn quickly.  When things change you know how to roll with the punches.
    • You communicate clearly. You write well. You speak simply.  You can explain just about anything to anyone, and your comfortable communicating in writing and on the phone.
    • You are motivated and driven. You volunteer for new challenges without waiting to be asked. You’re going to take ownership of the time you spend with us and truly make a difference.
    • You are open to relocation to Idaho Falls, ID
