To help keep up with this growth we are looking for an outstanding Production Line Coordinator to be part of our Manufacturing Group.

    Overview

    We have an immediate opening for a Production Line Coordinator (Swing Shfit). For this role, it is critical to have exceptional leadership experience and time management skills as our coordinators juggle their responsibilities for taking care of their team members with keeping up on production needs. The right candidate will enjoy a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a focus on safety as well as the following:

    • Starting Pay of $20.22 + $1.00 shift differential (DOE)

    Responsibilities

    • Supervises staff by directly implementing progressive disciplinary measures, awards, counseling, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, conducting employee meetings and resolving conflicts; recommends hiring, firing, and promotions.
    • Audits job packets to meet FDA and company regulations.
    • Ensures all GMPs, GDPs, SOPs and safety and company policies are followed.
    • Assists the machine operator on each task required and each piece of equipment necessary prior to use.
    • Ensures daily safety trainings and exercises are followed.
    • Maintains training and attendance records.
    • Keeps track of payroll time cards. 
    • Sees that all personnel adhere to proper dress code and other company policies.
    • Ensures that all product deficiencies are corrected in order to maintain high quality standards.
    • Ensures that all paperwork is completed accurately for maintenance of inventory records.
    • Maintains ample supply of necessary processing supplies (i.e., bottles, caps, labels, etc.).
    • Directs the assignment of daily duties to associates.
    • Communicates any changes in company policies, procedures, etc. to team members.

    Qualifications

    • Ability to work 2:30pm-11:00pm
    • Minimum of 6 months' experience working in a manufacturing environment and knowledge of basic manufacturing processes.
    • Minimum of 6 months' experience working with SOPs and GMP standards.
    • Minimum of 6 months' experience supervising staff by directly implementing progressive disciplinary measures, awards, counseling, training, scheduling, performance feedback, etc.
    • Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook with an ability to learn other computer programs as needed.
    • Familiar with the FDAs 21 CFR part 111 or part 117.
    • Familiar with FSMA.
    • Familiar with General Industry OSHA requirements.
    • Previous experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six-Sigma, etc.
    • Ability to perform all job duties.
