    **Full-time Benefits**


    During the weeks on the road, this position is responsible for the safe a secure transportation of products and materials between Melaleuca’s Tennessee and Idaho manufacturing and distribution centers or other designated locations in a timely manner. Drives long-haul truck, loads and unloads truck, etc.


    During the weeks home, this position is responsible for the transportation of products and materials between Melaleuca's local facilities in Tennessee. Will also work in the warehouse loading and unloading trucks, driving forklift, etc.

    • Must have ability to drive between all Melaleuca Facilities in Idaho and Tennessee or other designated locations and deliver loads appropriately.
    • Must have working knowledge of commercial/long-haul driving regulations.
    • Must have a thorough knowledge of traffic laws and defensive driving.
    • Must perform pre-trip inspections.
    • Must have the ability to operate and maintain equipment in a safe manner at all times.
    • Must keep accurate and complete drivers log book.
    • Must have the ability to make overnight runs as required.
    • Must be able to operate all material handling equipment as required.
    • Must check the loads to make sure they are correct and not damaged.
    • Must be able to count accurately.
    • Ability to learn the JD Edwards and WMS systems (will train).
    • Must adhere to company’s no smoking policy in company vehicles.
    • Must be able to read and interpret all safety materials – i.e. MSDS information.



    • Performs other duties as assigned or needed
    • Keep truck cleaned and washed inside/outside.



    • Must have a valid CDL License with a HAZMAT endorsement and a clean driving record.
    • Must meet DOT physical requirements.
    • Must complete a thorough background check, motor vehicle record investigation, road test, medical exam, and DOT drug testing.
    • Must provide at least 7 years of prior employment (2 years of Long-Haul driving experience) that we must check according to DOT Regulations.
    • Must be able to work in severe weather conditions; both heat and cold.
    • Thorough knowledge of company policies, procedures, and the company marketing plan.
    • Detailed work and organizational skills.
    • Ability to analyze problems and create solutions.
    • Ability to work independently and professionally.
    • Ability to prioritize and organize
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive areas.
    • Written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work under stress.
    • Standing, siting, or walking for duration of shift.
    • Manual dexterity for such duties as wiping, dusting, cleaning, etc.
    • Communicate (hearing &speech) with individuals in person and by phone in a tactful and courteous manner.
    • Visually read reports, computer screen, etc.
    • Visually read bottles, products, batch numbers, etc.
    • Good math skills (add, subtract, multiply, and divide).
    • Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
    • Requires prolonged sitting, driving, etc.
    • Pulling, stretching, bending, and lifting for duration of shift.
    • Ability to operate all Material Handling Equipment (forklift, etc.).
    • Ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy.



    • Ability to climb stairs.
    • Work overtime as needed
    • Working knowledge of CPR and first aid. (Will Train)
