We have multiple immediate openings for Full-Time 2nd Shift Shipping Team Members to pick and package products for distribution to ensure a quality experience for our customers.  We are looking for team players who can move where needed and can perform in a variety of roles.  Our 2nd Shift schedule works Monday - Friday and some Saturdays 3:00pm - 11:30pm (8 hour shifts)/3:00pm - 1:30am (10 hour shifts)

• Great Starting Pay - $16.40/Hr and Up DOE (includes shift differential)
• Longevity Bonus (5 Yrs/$5,000, 10 Yrs/$10,000, 15 Yrs/$15,000, etc.)
• Company Profit Sharing (After 6 Mo of F/T Employment) – Quarterly Payments Based on Longevity, Pay Rate and Company Profitability

Responsible for performing a variety of shipping and distribution tasks in a fast paced environment including order selection (picking), visual inspection and auditing for accuracy, packing and shipping products for customer orders.  Our associates are vital to achieving our high product quality and customer service expectations.  Experience in packaging products in a shipping/distribution environment is a plus; however, it’s not required.  We provide on-the-job training to help you gain the knowledge and experience necessary to ensure your success. 

• Dependability with exceptional attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to read, write, and follow established operational procedures.
• Ability to perform basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, etc.).
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment on a prolonged basis while maintaining safety and quality.
• Ability to stand or walk for duration of shift.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 35 lbs. regularly and consistently over duration of shift.
• Manual dexterity for such duties as collating, sorting, filling, toting, etc.
• Ability to pull, stretch, bend, and lift regularly and consistently over duration of shift.
• Ability to climb stairs.
