Accounting Specialist - Treasury

Reconciles daily sales to transaction processing reports and verifies receipts of funds.  Gathers information required for the creation of cash forecasts, daily bank account reconciliations, and various other Treasury functions.  Also assists the Director of Treasury and Treasury Analyst in the completion of monthly analysis and reporting of Treasury tasks and responsibilities.

• Reconcile sales for all order methods and pay types to transaction processing reports for US, Canada, and Mexico.
• Verify receipt of funds from all sales transactions and miscellaneous payments.
• Complete journal entries to record store sales and miscellaneous payments.
• Prepare daily cash sheets for US, Canada, and Mexico.
• Initiate wire and ACH payments.
• Monitor and report on the sales reconciliation process for all international markets.
• Gather required data from international markets on cash forecasting, investments, payment processing, etc.
• Maintain records and confirmations of wire transfers, investments, and FX transactions.
• Calculate and publish monthly weighted average FX rates for all international markets.
• Update and review daily credit card interchange monitoring.
• Prepare graphs for Treasury management reports.
• Update and review monthly bank fee analysis.
• Monitor, analyze and report on chargeback processing.
• Update monthly health benefits expense tracking.
• Update and review monthly bad debt statistics.
• Complete monthly updates for workers comp claims and expense tracking.
• Update ICDISC account tracking
• Provide monthly Foundation billing results summary.
• Request insurance certificates as required.

• Assists the Director of Treasury and others in the Finance/Accounting group on special projects as needed

• Two (2) year vocational or academic degree or equivalent
• Spreadsheet, word processing and graphics skills
• 10-key by touch
• Ability to analyze problems and create solutions

• Manual dexterity for such duties as stapling, collating, sorting, filing, typing, writing, etc.
