The International Creative Manager ensures consistency in packaging and marketing materials across global markets. With 15+ years of experience, they specialize in branding, packaging, print production, publication design, visual merchandising, and project management. Collaborating with international marketing and design teams, they align packaging and marketing collateral between the US and foreign markets. Supporting the Creative Director, they provide vision and direction, driving compelling designs that enhance brand identity and consumer engagement. They oversee creative deliverables, ensuring clarity, impact, and high-quality execution. Responsibilities include reviewing and refining work, maintaining brand standards, and mentoring team members. In addition, they will manage high-level assignments, and step in for the Creative Director when needed.

• Creative Execution & Quality Control
  • Design international campaigns, branding, packaging, publications, and style guides.
  • Ensure high-quality standards in branding, packaging, and marketing materials.
  • Approve artwork and communication pieces under the Creative Director's guidance.
  • Maintain expertise in branding, typography, packaging, and print production.
• Creative Leadership & Vision
  • Provide design direction and guidance to international teams, aligning with the creative vision and strategy set by the Creative Director.
  • Ensure visual consistency and alignment of tone, voice, and branding across international marketing materials.
  • Lead the team to produce high-quality work that enhances brand identity and engages consumers.
• Project & Team Management
  • Oversee creative deliverables from concept to completion, ensuring quality and brand alignment.
  • Ensure timely execution of projects, meeting critical deadlines.
  • Mentor and guide less experienced team members, fostering skill development.
• Collaboration & Communication
  • Collaborate with international marketing and design teams to align global creative efforts.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to present creative work and incorporate feedback.
  • Represent the creative team in cross-functional meetings, advocating for high creative standards.

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in design, branding, and packaging, ideally for international brands.
• Proven ability to mentor designers and guide creative projects, even without direct managerial authority.
• Strong expertise in packaging design and print production techniques.
• Advanced understanding of photo selection, editing, and file preparation for various production needs.
• Experience working with international teams and adapting creative work for diverse markets.
• Ability to proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the creative process.
• Strong strategic thinking with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high creative standards.
