Overview

As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the online experience for Melaleuca customers. You’ll transform data into actionable insights that improve engagement, optimize Melaleuca.com performance, and drive e-commerce growth. This position blends analytical expertise with creative problem-solving and strategic thinking — all in service of enhancing the customer journey.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead website optimization analysis and reporting for the Digital Marketing team.

  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to Senior Management, Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and Customer Care.

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and build clear, meaningful dashboards to support business decisions.

  • Analyze site performance, conversion trends, user behavior, acquisition effectiveness, and promotional results — identifying opportunities to increase engagement and revenue.

  • Partner with developers to implement new tracking, analytics, and reporting tools; ensure accuracy and data integrity.

  • Translate data findings into business insights that enhance the customer experience and support Melaleuca’s long-term growth.

  • Maintain a strong understanding of Melaleuca’s brand, marketing strategy, and company goals to ensure analytics align with our mission.

  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Ability to legally work in the USA
  • Ability to relocate to Idaho Falls, ID and work in-person 5 days a week.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field with outstanding academic performance

  • Proficiency with statistical tools, methodologies, and data-driven decision-making (including hypothesis testing, lift, and impact analysis).

  • Strong background in time-series and comparative data analysis.

  • Expertise in data visualization — able to deliver clear, concise, and actionable reports.

  • Experience with customer behavior analysis (segmentation, clustering, targeting).

  • Understanding of cross-channel relationships across marketing platforms, content, and offers.

  • Knowledge of upsell and cross-sell strategies, including offers, promos, and bundling approaches.

  • Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skills.

  • Self-motivated with a “Find a Way or Make a Way” mindset.

  • Coachable, flexible, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.

  • Team-oriented collaborator with a passion for idea sharing and continuous improvement.

  • Consistent accuracy and attention to detail under deadline pressure.
