We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Digital Optimization & Personalization Manager to lead the execution and continuous improvement of personalized experiences across our website and digital ecosystem. This role will focus on aligning personalization strategies with business goals, optimizing customer journeys, and driving measurable results through testing and targeting. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital experience personalization for Melaleuca.com visitors to drive customer engagement, acquisition, and retention.

  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, Digital Marketing, and Product teams to align personalization and optimization initiatives with company goals and customer lifecycle strategies.

  • Manage product recommendations, dynamic content, and targeted messaging to deliver relevant, high-performing experiences.

  • Own the personalization roadmap and content calendar to coordinate executions and avoid audience overlap.

  • Lead A/B and multivariate testing efforts to continuously improve performance and inform future strategy.

  • Ensure proper targeting logic and data integration across platforms and tools.

  • Stay ahead of personalization and optimization trends, tools, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or digital product management, with a strong focus on personalization and testing.

  • Experience with personalization and testing tools (e.g., Adobe Target, Optimizely, Dynamic Yield, Insider, etc.).

  • Proficient in interpreting analytics and using data to drive decision-making.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a strong ability to manage cross-functional projects.

  • Strategic mindset with strong attention to detail and execution.
