Refunds Processing Associate - 1st Shift (Full-Time)

We have an immediate opening for a full-time Refunds Processing Associate in our Distribution Center.

Schedule: Monday–Friday 6:30am–3:00pm
      Peak days (4–5 days/month) start at 4:30am – early birds welcome!

Secure work environment – NO LAYOFFS

Starting Pay: $14.40/hour and up (based on experience)
Performance Reviews: 6 months, 18 months, then annually

As a Refunds Processing Associate, you’ll be part of a small group of dedicated team members who work together to keep our operations running smoothly. This is a non-customer-facing position, ideal for those who enjoy focused, detail-oriented tasks and a collaborative atmosphere.

• Receive returns and visually inspect product to determine inventory destination

• Record return details in our system (reason for return, customer info, etc.)

• Rework, sort, and count inventory

• Assist with inventory transfers

• Maintain a steady workflow in a fast-paced environment

• 30 wpm typing
• Detail oriented and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze problems and create solutions

• Ability to lift 35 lbs
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and professionally
• Ability to read and write effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing work environment
• Visually read reports, computer screen, etc.
• Pulling, stretching, bending, and lifting for duration of shift
• Standing, sitting, or walking for duration of shift
• Good math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, etc.)
• Ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy
