The Analytical Research Assistant performs a wide variety of technical tasks in support of specific Melaleuca new or existing products, under the supervision of the R&D Senior Director of Innovation. These tasks are highly specific and require someone detail oriented that is capable of using scientific reasoning and critical thinking to propose resolutions as challenges arise.  The ideal candidate will be able to track and drive their tasks to completion, resolving technical issues and soliciting cross-functional support as needed.

Cleans, and sanitizes Production and Formulation equipment (buckets, barrels, lids, utensils, hoses, augers, processor parts, production parts, etc.) with limited assembly and reassembly required.  Maintains and cleans Sanitation areas. - Starting Pay of $16.10 - Longevity Bonus (5 Yrs/$5000, 10 Yrs/$10,000, 15 Yrs/$15,000, etc.) - Company Profit Sharing (After 6 Mo of F/T Employment) -

This position is in Knoxville, TN- and is a TOBACCO-FREE campus Shift: 1st shift – Monday thru Friday – 6:30am - 3:30pm *Shift peak times each month starts at 4:30am (~4-5 days/month)

We have multiple immediate openings for Full-Time 2nd Shift Shipping Team Members to pick and package products for distribution to ensure a quality experience for our customers.  We are looking for team players who can move where needed and can perform in a variety of roles.  Our 2nd Shift schedule works Monday - Friday and some Saturdays 3:00pm - 11:30pm (8 hour shifts)/3:00pm - 1:30am (10 hour shifts) - Great Starting Pay - $16.40/Hr and Up DOE (includes shift differential) -

As a Sr. Network Engineer at Melaleuca, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure. You will play a key role on a team of network engineers, provide technical expertise, and ensure the stability and scalability of our network. This position is responsible for high-level network planning, design, configuration, and optimization. This role also provides training to the other engineers on new technologies being implemented.

Provide World-Class Customer Service to our customers and employees.  Ensure no or minimal wait times for our customers to complete order at checkout.  Maintain a clean, brand and in-stock store throughout the day.  Have a basic understanding of all Melaleuca products and services and able to articulate benefits and uses to our customers.  Increase average orders through sales techniques, including but not limited to product education and upselling by face-to-face contact with customers.
