This position plays a critical role in selling Melaleuca’s ancillary business products including Melaleuca’s Home Security products. Koala Kids Academy needs you to provide a safe and loving environment for the children of Melaleuca's team members. In this role you will care for children that may range in ages from infants to 12 years old. You will ensure a clean, safe and appropriate environment and set up a physical environment to meet the needs of preschool or school age children. Under the direction of the Childcare Manager, you will plan and implement fun, educational programs geared to specific age group of the children. Position Overview:   As Director of EHS, you will play a critical role in creating Melaleuca’s next generation EHS strategy. This position plays an integral part in the analysis, recommendation and implementation of profit improvement projects, strategic alignment initiatives, and achievement of sales and income objectives. Analysts interface with a variety of company departments such as Marketing, Sales, Forecasting & Planning, Cost and Financial Accounting to compile data and analyze the financial viability of various new products, promotions, and initiatives. The position assists key managers in identifying, implementing and tracking productivity improvements. The Food Service - Baker/Deli Team Member is responsible for baking desserts daily, delivering to go items in a company vehicle to our four other locations, and assisting with our deli during busy times.
