Melaleuca has immediate openings for Product Delivery (Picker) Team Members. We are looking for team players who can ensure a quality experience for our customers. If you have experience in picking and packaging products for distribution, you might be perfect for this position!   This position is located in Kansas City, Missouri and is a Non-Smoking Campus   Shift: Weekend Shift – Fri, Sat & Sun 5:00 am – 5:30 pm (Overtime at Peak Times each month would include working 2 additional days: Mon & Tues – 5am-3:30pm)

Supervises and oversees all functions of shipping from finished goods to packages.  Supervise personnel within the department working to achieve all departmental goals and metrics. Work closely with vendors, IT, Maintenance, and other departments to resolve issues.

The Spanish Services Customer Support Specialist is directly involved in the support of all current customers of any of the Melaleuca Services offered to Melaleuca Preferred and Direct Customers.  The SCS Specialist handles telephone customer support with existing Melaleuca Services Customers who have questions about their service, billing, technical support, change requests, or who are requesting to cancel or who have other escalated issues.  The SCS Specialist should communicate effectively over the phone to customers in an effort to resolve customer issues on the first call and to retain as many customers as possible using our approved tiered customer support program.
